GREAT UNIT...in a great location!

I have been here every year for over twenty years starting with one week, now 10 weeks each year. The unit has been upgraded with new bathroom, sleep sofa, kitchen appliances and granite counters. The entry is coded so no key to remember, the WIFI is fast and reliable, TVs, living room and bedroom large flat screen with ROKU and SPECTRUM service but the best feature is the location of the unit - top floor end of hall with privacy for the bedroom window which looks out on the Xaman-Ha Mayan ruins and has a beautiful breeze all night (I prefer no AC which of course is available if wanted) and a balcony overlooking the Caribbean where I spend most of my day beginning with the sunrise, breakfast and then reading on my lounge and listening to the surf as the balcony becomes shaded by mid morning - the best of all worlds! The unit is well cleaned each week with all linens, towels, soaps shampoos, and paper products supplied. The customer service if anything is needed is excellent. The grounds and pools are well maintained and the location quiet and relaxing but very convenient for walking to entertainment in the plaza and along the 5th Avenue pedestrian

shopping and restaurant corridor for noise and excitement if wanted.
