This unit is exactly as described and more. I wondered why it had 64 reviews and all were quite positive. As has been mentioned Sam is a great host. Communicated prior to help arrange our private transport. We were fortunate enough to meet him as well. He arranged a trusted taxi service to take the kids to a club event in Cancun then home again. We will return as this area is very safe with security guards. Proximity to 5th ave and Cozumel Ferry could not be better. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the unit. Now back to reality with a snow event here in Canada.. Thanks Sam
